SHP Verification Executable Contracts Specification v0.3

The Verification Executable Contracts Specification defines the executable contract boundary between SHP evidence collection, evidence validation, control evaluation, verification output and deterministic certification decision processing.

Version 0.3 is published as a Draft Specification.

Proposed Authority Class: S5 — Verification Specifications

Authority Registration Status: Pending

The proposed S5 classification is not established authority. Formal authority registration remains pending under applicable SHP governance.

VEC defines machine-readable contract families, schema and registry boundaries, deterministic processing requirements, canonicalisation requirements, validation behaviour, trace requirements, qualification interfaces and interoperability expectations for the SHP verification pipeline.

It does not redefine certification mathematics, platform control requirements, Non-Negotiable Controls, platform support, certification eligibility or certification trust semantics established by higher-authority SHP instruments.

Publication as a Draft does not establish production implementation qualification, production certification signing readiness, certification-service availability or authority to issue certification.

The normative publication artefact is the immutable ODT linked above. The SHA-256 digest published with this page identifies its exact bytes.
