SHP Verification Engine Architecture v2.0

The Verification Engine Architecture defines the deterministic SHP verification-engine architecture and its governed interfaces.

Version 2.0 is Active from 26 September 2026 and supersedes VEA v1.0.

Production certification use remains subject to governed output schemas, canonical serialisation, verifier integrity and authentication, execution profiles, resource limits, conformance vectors and deterministic replay.

An unqualified verifier cannot constitute the authoritative SHP verification path merely because this specification is Active.

The normative publication artefact is the immutable ODT linked above. The SHA-256 digest published with this page identifies its exact bytes.
