SHP Tier Mathematics Specification v2.2
Tier Mathematics v2.2 defines the platform-independent mathematical model governing tiered SHP certification.
Version 2.2 is Active from 26 September 2026 and supersedes Tier Mathematics v2.1.
Version 2.2 is a Minor amendment reconciling the specification’s authority metadata with the canonical SHP authority vocabulary. It does not change certification mathematics.
Activation establishes authoritative normative SHP mathematics. It does not establish platform support, production implementation qualification, certification-service availability or signing authority.
Production certification use remains prohibited until the applicable platform mathematics, Control Catalogue, NNC, bounded-certification, drift, schema, conformance-vector and deterministic-implementation requirements defined by the specification are satisfied.
