SHP Specification Authority Registry v2.1

The SHP Specification Authority Registry defines and governs the specification-authority hierarchy beneath the SHP Charter.

Version 2.1 is Active from 26 September 2026 and supersedes SSAR v2.0.

The Registry is a Charter-designated Constitutional Governance Instrument. It is subordinate directly to the SHP Charter and operates outside the S1–S8 authority hierarchy.

Version 2.1 establishes governed document-identifier allocation, including the SHP identifier namespace, family-code uniqueness and permanence, version correspondence, non-reuse, and preservation of historical identifiers.
