SHP Control Evaluation Language v2.1
The Control Evaluation Language defines the formal rule language used by SHP verification tooling to transform collected evidence into deterministic control outcomes.
Version 2.1 is Active from 26 September 2026 and supersedes CEL v2.0.
Version 2.1 is a Minor amendment correcting lifecycle and supersession wording. It does not change CEL evaluation semantics, certification meaning or production qualification requirements.
An implementation that has not satisfied the applicable production qualification requirements must not be used to produce certification-relevant control outcomes.
