SHP Commercial Engagement & Administration Specification v1.2
The Commercial Engagement & Administration Specification defines the authoritative commercial and administrative lifecycle by which a customer enquiry may become an engagement ready for governed SHP technical work.
Version 1.2 is published as a Draft.
CEAS governs the commercial and administrative path from enquiry through engagement, qualification, quotation, delivery, acceptance, invoicing and payment, preconditions, Secure Intake, scope confirmation and READY_FOR_WORK to creation of a valid Technical Handoff Record.
CEAS determines commercial and administrative readiness. It does not determine certification eligibility or certification status.
Version 1.2 is a Major Draft Revision superseding the CEAS v1.1 Draft. Because v1.1 remained Draft, this revision does not retroactively alter an adopted CEAS release.
