SHP Specification
SHP-CEM-2.0
SHP Certification Evidence Model v2.0
SHP Certification Evidence Model v2.0
The Certification Evidence Model defines the governed evidence semantics used by SHP verification and certification processes.
Version 2.0 is Active from 26 September 2026 and supersedes CEM v1.2.
Production certification use requires the evidence schemas, canonical serialisation, integrity and authentication mechanisms, freshness handling, confidentiality classification, resource limits and conformance requirements specified by the document to be qualified.
Activation of this specification does not itself establish platform support, production implementation qualification or certification-service availability.
