SHP Certification Deliverables Specification v1.0

The Certification Deliverables Specification defines the governed client-facing delivery projection for SHP hardening, verification, certification-assessment and certification-issuance engagements.

Version 1.0 is published as a Draft.

CDS does not create a parallel hardening, verification, certification or lifecycle state machine. It preserves authoritative SHP state while defining governed delivery packages, delivery manifests, disclosure and withholding controls, delivery-event semantics, recovery requirements and client-facing certification artefacts.

Certification remains a possible governed result rather than a guaranteed commercial deliverable.

The specification contains explicit production qualification gates. Publication as a Draft does not establish production implementation qualification, certification signing readiness, certification-service availability or authority to issue certification.

The normative publication artefact is the immutable ODT linked above. The SHA-256 digest published with this page identifies its exact bytes.

Repository provenance

The repository object identified below is byte-identical to the normative publication artefact. Its SHA-256 digest matches the publication digest shown above.
